I have two kitties and a 7 month old Great Dane. My clinic in Appleton didn't do the gastropexy I wanted to have done when I spay my Dane, so as a friend advised I took her and my cats to Dr. Popp at Lakeside. From the receptionist, to the wait, and the consult with the Doctor, I was VERY pleased with their service - even compared to my old Vet. As for the people who have complaints about them "refusing service" when you haven't been seen there before and their pets getting infections after surgery.... When you aren't an existing client at a Vet office, they can't just magically pop you into their schedule. They have regulars who MAKE appointments. There are emergency centers for that exact reason. You can't walk into a General Practice doctor and get seen that day...can you? Nope, that's why there's an emergency room...same goes for pets. And for those of you who have had bad experiences with infections...I have worked in the veterinary world (and no, not at Lakeside..my visit there w
