Review content:
Upcharge and pressure sales for every treatment for three years of our patronage. Was pressured to give an injection of what you and I call PREVACID for $33! Afterward, the Dr. wrote on a pad : "1/4 tab for three days". Are you KIDDING ME? I had it at home already and I paid less than $10 for 30 pills! I also found out that they will price match any Internet pet pharmacy... but they will TACK ON a $16 fee for "DISPENSING FEE". What a rip! I was so pissed, I decided to get the script and mail order it. If it's chronic, help me save money. If it's acute, and will give immediate comfort or save a life, I'll pay whatever... but I will NEVER pay it to VCA again. I'll be bruised for years after the robbery they passed my way. Glad I began to wake up and question them more thoroughly.
