I would think that if you plan to promote your service and repair business by sending out coupons for discounted basic services, that you would do the best job possible to encourage satisfied customers who look forward to returning for more great service. NOT SO with Bob Caldwell Chrysler Jeep Dodge! We took our Dodge van in for oil & lube and some opinions about future repairs. We had to fight for the ""deal"" promoted by the coupon and felt we were being gouged at estimates for other services. The staff at check out were pleasant, but otherwise those in the garage at check-in were not. So much for spending money on your promotion, we're not coming back.
