Review content:
After buying a tax program from H&R Block on line for $54.99 I had problems understanding the terms used in the program, so I took my tax paperwork to H&R Block in Sherwood, Oregon and asked for an estimate for my tax prep after explaining all my circumstances. I was then told my prep fee would be between $200 and $300. I then explained that I bought a program on line and was wondering if H&R did my taxes if I could get credit for the on line program I didn't use. Much to my dismay, my final tax bill came to $426, but with a $25 discount coupon it came to $401 and no resolution to the fact that I bought on online program. It's a shame that H&R Block doesn't communicate within itself. So, for my tax preparation for 2012 I paid H&R Block a total of $455.99. Never Again.............
