Lots of people go to and love Horner Novelty at Halloween, because they always have a wide selection of Halloween costumes and decorations, but there are so many different things at Horner, there's always a reason to go.
The novelties area of the store is great for teachers looking for small, inexpensive prizes for rewards in class. Tons of decor for any kind of party you can dream up! Plus, their prices are very inexpensive.
