I also have not had a good experience with "It's Time Clock Shop". Took my Luminox watch in for repair with supposedly a bad movement. Like others have said, they never call. Every time I called, was told the part was ordered. Took at least 6 months(1st time). Finally got my watch back. Couldn't tell a thing had been done too it. Same problem as before I took it in. So, I took it back. They are very cordial, nice people, but if you can't fix it don't fix it. After about another 6 months or so of the same previousely stated routine, I got my watch back.........just like it was before I took it in. I'm done with them. Good news is, I'm only out $35.00 bucks for watch storage (the cost of "repairs").
