I have a family member who took her dog here because it is so close, but it was a huge mistake. The vet who owns the place saw the dog and said he had a bacterial infection with his skin and said he needed to come every week for a medicated bath. She took him for his first bath early in the morning. At 2pm she called to see if he was ready to come pick him up but they said he was not ready yet and was still wet. The receptionist was very rude when asked why it took 6 hours to give him a bath so she just said she would pick him up wet and take him home. When she got there he was dirty and smelled like a wet dirty dog. It appeared someone had just sprayed water on him to make it look like he had a bath. Then she was told the bill was over $50.00\r That was more money than what he gets charged at the groomer when he gets a full haircut and comes home smelling wonderful. What an unethical and unprofessional place this is!
