If you're looking for a gym that has it all, and I mean ALL, then try the Sports Club in Woodlyn, PA. Oddly its in back of Bally's but don't let the location deter you. It has more than any gym I've been in including Raquet ball courts, beautiful state of the art equipment with easy to follow instructions on each piece. More than enough bikes and tread mills to go around, a comfortable pool to practice laps or take aquarobics classes. A very soothing and much needed bubbling hot tub to relax sore muscles, a wet sauna to steam away toxins and a dry sauna to help sweat out excess water in the comfort of a secure room where you can read in Arizona-like heat. A track on a comfortable material goes around the entire gym allowing you to walk laps if you wish. Various rooms offer on-going aerobics classes for all levels. Massage is offered for additional fees as well as a personal trainer to assist you in reaching your goals. Easy to sign up, easy to discontinue or put membership on hold. Man
