Their beds are wonderful, and the staff is very knowledgable about their products. The facility is always very clean and the staff is very friendly. They should get 5 stars, based on the business overall. BUT, each time I go there, I feel like they are trying to sell me a new car. The high pressure sales approach is annoying. I really wish I could just go in, tan and get out without spending 5 minutes explaining that I don't want another lotion (especially at around $60). No means no people, and offering special offers won't change that.
