Recently, I had to rent a car when mine was totaled, and the entire experience with those at Enterprise was as pleasant as could be expected given the circumstances. The car I rented from them was top of the line, and the associates I had to deal with were very friendly and helpful. When my insurance company was going to stop paying for the rental car after 1.5 weeks, one of the women who worked there gave me her name and told me to have the insurance company call her to straighten out the situation. After a few weeks of renting the car, I was contacted by another person who worked there to see if I was interested in buying one of their cars at a much lower price than blue book. Even though I couldn't afford their vehicles, the person was very nice and even answered some questions I had. I will definitely return to this business if I need a rental car in the future.
