I have had nothing but problems with Lon Smith from the day they put the roof on back in July 2008. Now we are getting rain and the roof is leaking and damaging my house. All I ever get from that company is rude, loud people that talk over you and tell you they understand and they will fix whatever they damage. What kind of business ethic is that? How about doing it right and not causing me any damage? They ruined my flower beds and several bushes when they dropped all the roof garbage all around the house. I was extremely careful and still managed to step on a nail and I'm still picking crap out of my flower beds and places in the yard I w ouldn't expect to find roofing materials. No matter how many time I ask for an itemized bill and give them the correct mailing address they can't get it right. They claim they handle the insurance companies for you. Don't believe that. They send the paperwork to the insurance comapny and that's it. They never call you to give you updates. When I spo
