One of the conditions to the sale of a home I recently purchased was that four windows had to be repaired for fogging. The previous owners hired these clowns to do the repair. \r \r Firstly, the windows they repaired all had excess silicon seeping out of the window frames; alot of it (in some cases, as much as 2 tablespoons). They also left writing on one window, which I'll have to climb on the roof of the porch to clean off. \r \r And we also found that they repaired the wrong window. There were two windows, side by side. The broken one clearly had moisture on the inside, and was marked with a post it note, as were the other fogged windows. But they fixed a perfectly good window instead. The previous owners didn't notice as they were moving out a few days later. \r \r When I called to complain, the woman who answered the phone (easily a three pack / day smoker) was rude and unfriendly. She accused us of lying and said that we waited too long to call. It was 7 weeks from the date
