Two winters ago our Taurus hadn't been filled with a windshield washer that was freeze proof so all of the lines froze solid. We took it to Varsity Ford to get repaired but they did not drain the previous fluid out all the way so the problem happened again the next morning. When we brought it back they looked at it like it was OUT fault they hadn't drained it, even though that was exactly what we had pain them to do. Not too impressive. They went along with it and did it right the second time but weren't too friendly.
