I have a dog and three cats who go to Alderbrook Pet Hospital. My animals are always treated with affection and respect by all of the staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful and have been flexible on short notice when I needed an appointment or prescription. Staff has suggested ways of combining appointments to save me money and is willing to babysit my pets for a reasonable fee. They also reminded me that you adopt an animal from the shelter the first exam is free which I took advantage of with my dog. \r

The medical advice has always been thorough, direct and clear and I have never felt pressured to make any purchases or pursue any procedures that I did not freely chose. From my experience, Dr. Thorne has always been very gentle and careful in his handling of my pets and tries to avoid sedation whenever possible.
