After trying a couple of doggie day cares, which made my puppy, Shadow, and I both miserable, I chose to give Park Cities a try. Not because of reviews or word of mouth, but because it's conveniently located off of the highway. Shadow and I couldn't be happier!! The place is always clean and the staff is so friendly it truly is his home away from home!! It's immediately obvious that all of the employees love animals and most, if not all of them, have their own dogs and other animals. Because of our previous experiences with day cares I called to ask how he was doing during his first few visits. Each time a staff member would go check on him and then answer my questions. The first couple of visits he was very shy and the owner gave me some paperwork on how to help dogs overcome their shyness ~ and it worked! He gets so excited when I tell him he's going to school, nearly breaks the car window to jump out when we get there, and pouts all the home after I pick him up. He will be going to
