Review content:
I had to have my dog put down. These people lost the cremains that I had paid for and then lied to me, stalled me and never checked to see where they were. I was told to call back or they would call me but no one ever checked on it. Then when I got upset they said my dog was there. (I'm sure they meant ashes) and then they said they were checking with the crematory. They charge too much and they're inconsiderate. My dog meant a lot to me and this experience was stressful.
