I don't know where to begin. The service that you get from the staff is not acceptable. It is not warm nor caring. No one even spoke when I walked in the door. My experience at Great Expressions is unforgivable. All I can say is that I will never return to another Great Expressions again. The service was horrible. I went for a filling that ended up turning into a root canal 2 weeks later. The dentist did not fill the hole properly, and she made my bite uneven. After the filling, days later,I was in pain (worse than labor pains) from the pain of the tooth that was filled. I talked to the staff by phone and they told me to just take some motrin. The motrin did not help so I asked to come in. Another dentist took me in and tried to fix the filling. She gave me antibiotics although she said there was no infection. SHe sent me home and said to wait three days. Three days later I called and let her know that the pain was only getting worse. The dentist scheduled me for a root canal a month la
