The newest property manager is worst than the last! I've been a 16 year resident, and once loved living here. Unfortunately, everything is going downhill and the management hasn't a clue!! All she knows how to do is send out threatening notices to people. I got a notice ONE DAY before the lease ran out threatening to charge $139 penalty if a new lease was not signed by the 1st of the month. Never in the years I've stayed here has anyone ever been so disrespectful and threatening. Due to medical issues, I won't hesitate to move when I can! In the past, notices of your lease were always sent at least 2 MONTHS before they became due (not ONE DAY)!!!
