Pollards is by far the best chicken in the country. I am sorry that one unhappy customer, who was obviously pmsing, chose to post a negative comment. Yes customer service is important, if you don't like the response you hear then ask for the manager or the owner. I am sure that they would be glad to speak with you. It is their business, and they want to know if someone, who they pay to represent them, has upset a customer. \r
My family almost always uses Pollards to cater our family get togethers.
