Very high quality interiors. The wood floors are amazing and the kitchen is beautiful. Not a huge fan of the carpets in the bedrooms, but I can understand why they went that route. The bathrooms are very white, although we love the walk in shower.\r

The gym is nice, although it seems a touch small; it's never very crowded though. The concierges are great and most of the time available to help. I LOVE the community room and love the fact that there are guest units available for family and friends to rent out for the night. Free parking is very nice, although some of the residents seem very entitled and have decided that the gym is their racetrack. \r

The area is quiet, but still very close to downtown. Some people (usually those who do not live here) say it's desolate, etc., however it's quite lively and I like that there is not a lot of rowdiness at all hours of the night.
