Review content:
I had a plaque created at Madera Trophy. I gave them about 2 weeks lead time which they said was plenty. I gave very specifc instructions about what I wanted - the wood color, background color, accent color and how the text should read, line by line. They had written all of this down and gave me a carbon copy.
The lead time was great. The plaque was ready exactly when they told me it would be and they called me to let me know it was ready. But when I went to pick it up I was disappointed.
First, I requested a silver accent color and it was gold. I needed the plaque the very next day so I was worried they wouldn't be able to fix it in time. Fortunately they were able to fix it within 24 horus.
The other problem was that the text was correct but was not broken down on the lines I had wanted. In the end this wasn't a big enough problem to have it redone but I was disappointed that it was exactly what I requested.
I will go back but in the future I will insist on a reduction in price
