I would give them less then one star if I could. Went in for standard service, oil, filter & lube. They had a promo on radiator flush and new antifreeze, I broke down and said ok. Pick it up drove home noticed the temperature gauge a bit high. Driving to work the next morning I pegged the temperature gauge. Went straight to Jone Auto, and of course it is nothing they did. Told them to change the thermostat, because I figured they plugged it with radiator flush and did not run and flush the radiator properly. They tried to sell me on the fact that I was wrong and they needed to remove the engine heads to check the problem. Quoted me $2,600.00 plus, depending on what they found. I was right in my diagnosis. They hammered me for another $175.00. Because I have gotten a bit older I started letting others do my service work that in years past I would have done myself.
