Review content:
I was a loyal customer at PNC (NCB) for over 15 years. Honestly, I have no idea why I stayed there as long as I did.\r \r Frustrated with the NCB to PNC conversion, I spoke to my closest friend regarding switching banks. She immediately recommended I check out Dollar Bank?s Strongsville store. So I did. That was undoubtedly the best financial decision I?ve made in a very long time.\r \r From the moment I walked into Dollar Bank in Strongsville, I felt welcomed. They truly wanted to earn my business. Before I even opened an account with them, I was introduced to several members of their staff and they ensured me that ANY one of them could assist me in my possible switch. I had a couple of other banks to check out, but I KNEW that I was going to choose Dollar Bank in Strongsville.\r \r No matter what I need, their staff is willing to assist me and they seem as if they take great pleasure in doing so. I am used to dealing with one or two people at PNC because they are on commission-
