Review content:
Came to Jefferson City for daughter?s ball tournament 5/4-5/6. Rented a car from Enterprise to be picked up Saturday 5/5 9-Noon. The rental was set up as a one way, car to be dropped off at Knoxville airport Sunday 5/6 am. I was more than willing to pay the additional charge for a one way. I had to catch flight out of Knoxville early Sunday AM. My oldest daughter had then planned to take our vehicle and all the girls home after the final games Sunday afternoon. When we arrived at Enterprise Saturday 5/5 at 10am, I was told there were no cars available and they did not show a reservation in my name. In the week prior to our arrival in Jefferson City I spoke to the Enterprise office several times revalidating a car would be available, getting directions etc, they did not want my credit card information said there would be no problem a car would be available. ( Actually on the last call to them on Tuesday 5/1 the girl was even snippy with me about calling again ). \r Bottom lin
