Businiess name:  Home Town Buffet

As with most buffet-style restaurants, this one is more about quantity than quality. That said, the quality is actually surprisingly good at this location. The place is kept clean, the dishes are topped up frequently, and they actually pay attention to the ""This table is in use"" cards they hand out, and don't pressure you to leave immediately once your first plate is eaten. Yes, there are crowds, especially those from the ""walking dead"" retirement village across Rose (so walk carefully in the parking lot), but the food and staff rise to the occasion. A nice change of pace from the Carl's Jr. at the other end of the strip mall.
