I have been a patient at this office for four years. My family and I are now changing to a different medical practice. The customer service is very poor and the staff does not demonstrate any form of professionalism.
In my opinion, it appears that Dr. Farber views his patients as ""cash cows."" I was out of town due to a death in the family, and Dr. Farber would only phone in my prescription for a fee of $40.00. I have referred several patients to his practice, and I desperately needed my heart medicine. Since I would not agree to the $40.00 charge, he would not refill the prescription.
I now have a new and different concern with Dr. Farber that is worse than the various other concerns that I have had in the past. It is too lengthy to describe in a review. I am so disgusted with Dr. Farber, that I am finally going to the trouble of acquiring my medical records from his office and leaving permanently. Also, I have never taken the time to write a review on a website.
I have found a different doctor on my insurance company's website. Please do not make the same mistakes that I have made- the thousands of dollars that I have spent going to his office. Find a different doctor. There are many caring and competent physicians in the West Chester, Ohio area.
