I'm a happy client. I hired Stephens Margolin when my ex-husband contested a restraining order. It was a great decision. Meg Clark-Kilcoyne and Sean Stephens were both involved, with Sean stepping in to handle the hearing after Meg had laid the groundwork. Seanâ??s experience was very evident. He was a sharp listenerâ??he knew exactly what information he needed from me and was then very swift and decisive about strategy. He was laser-focused during the hearing, never missing an opportunity to press a point; Meg was assisting during the hearing, also feeding questions as she had become thoroughly immersed in the case. They were like a dynamic duo. Both lawyers showed genuine sensitivity to me around the conflict and the children, as well, which I very much appreciated. I wound up being as pleased with the process as with the positive outcome to the hearing.
