The food here is ok, great place to people watch. I ordered tea and the water was not steaming hot. When I said something to the waiter, he was like, there's nothing I can do to make it hotter, and you should drink it faster!!! Helloooo, isn't heat a critical element of a restaurant's operation? \r

The music is played too loud and the wait staff have an attitude when you ask them to turn it down. I went there with a friend on a Sunday afternoon and could not have a decent conversation because the music was too loud and there was a large group of patrons who were screeching to every word of a song by Aretha Franklin. I eventually had to sit right next to my friend in order to have a conversation. And yes, it is a gay hangout so if one is uncomfortable with that they should steer clear. It didn't bother me as I enjoy people watching:))
Pros: Cheap eats, good menu
Cons: Loud music, luke warm water for tea
