Product exceptional. Install workers great but unprepared. They could have used a professional powered post hole digger instead of one single hand held one. Communication issues with the offices (partially my fault) for not asking the specific question of how long it takes between the down payment and install. It took 46 days (other 3 companies we checked with had said 30). Other than that, reliable, courteous and professional
