We have gone to AMF Western Branch for quite awhile. Every time we go, the service seems to get worse. There are long waits for everything, the staff is rude and lazy, and they are way overpriced for everything. The worst event was during a nephews birthday party and they gave away the lanes before the reservation and didn't even try to rectify the situation. If you put your name on the list, don't expect to play anytime soon. Now, if you go on a Friday or Saturday, they make you pay a $5, non-refundable, reservation fee if you put name on the list. That is just not good service. STAY AWAY!
