I went to have my hair done at this place the women that did me hair her name was ANIA. she did a HORRIBLE JOB. I got a partial highlight a cut and a blow dry/flat iron. My hair was black and i wanted a partial highlight to ligthen the hair for spring and summer. She did my hair and put a toner on it when i left the salon my hair had a bad red hue on it. Which to me is horrible I told her I do not like red hair and my hair pulls red tones. She didnt listen and did what she wanted. I went to work and three days later my hair on the top of my head turned bright copper and the bottom was red. I have never in my life had this happen I had literally copper, light brown, blonde,black, and red in my hair. so I called and spoke to a women because the manager was not in she said i would like you to go back to Ania to fix it we will put a toner in it. I went the previous weekend she put a toner in and it went back dark to brown. EVEN through the toner this brown blend is still not even you can see all different reds and coppers still through it. THE BEST PART IS THIS HAIR DRESSER ANIA ASKED ME."" what shampoo and conditinor did you use"" AS IF THIS WAS MY FAULT LMAOOOO. I went in with even colored hair and I left with five different colors even on the final end result a single process color. THE WORST PART IS I PAID 168 AND PAID FOR PARTIAL HIGHLIGHTS AND I LEFT WITH A SINGLE PROCESS COLOR. THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE BUSINESS TACTICS. I WOULDNT EVEN RATE THIS PLACE A ONE STAR .. IF I COULD PICK NEGATIVE FIVE STARS I WOULD. please stay away this place is NO GOOD. THEY CHARGE SO MUCH AND THE WORK THEY DO IS HORRIBLE.\r
THE FACT THAT THE HAIR DRESSER WAS BLAMING ME ON HER CRAPPY WORK AND THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ENOUGH.\r
AND SHE CHOPPED MY HAIR OFF LMAO SHES THE WORST
