HORRIBLE!! RUN!!\r
I paid $297 for a detailed clean. They didn't clean one of our bathrooms at all, they didn't touch the laundry room, not one baseboard was touched in the entire house, the floors still had dust and debris on them, the tub surround was still dirty, windows not wiped, mirrors not cleaned, and the list goes on and on of everything they didn't touch or did a horrible job on.\r

When I called to have them re-clean it (per their guarantee) you have to give them an itemized list. In a 3600 square foot house the lady literally told me to go room to room because if it wasn't on her list they wouldn't re-clean it. When they didn't do 75% of a NORMAL cleaning job, she'd be on the phone with me for hours. I asked that they send a supervisor out to see how bad it is and she said they don't have anyone who can do that, she just needs a list. \r

HORRIBLE cleaning job and horrible service when they screw you over.
