I stayed at lake place for almost a year .Rent is very high although apartment is fairly new.Dryer , washer and microwave are fairly new .Overall arrangement of rooms are very good.One problem I encountered is that they don't go for shorter lease like 6 months .This becomes problem for people who have to move for job. I liked the concept of monthly draw where Rental office awards the one of the first payers of rent.Rent is very very high and not good for many people.
