I booked these cleaners for a "move out" clean (this "special" service comes with three cleaners and I asked for about four hours). I'd had the place entirely cleaned before for in less than three hours. They interpret each person as worth an hour so they showed up for an hour and 15 min then left with the place barely cleaned. The cleaners were surly and unorganized--major areas were left undone and I spent at least 4 hours myself cleaning up after them. The 3 did less work than one could have. Their "move out" clean is a scam and the poor quality. Time is such a factor I would have paid whatever it took for them to just do the job right. Plus they never answer their phone, it just goes to voice mail all the time.
