Had a few problems with my old roof, rather then having them fix the problems (the flat roof had come up in one place and a small leak) I decided to replace the roofs on both my buildings ($11,000 and change). The original leak is still there and have been calling them on it since December (roof was installed in Sept.). About a month ago we had a waterfall back there where the original leak was. You should see the video! Anyway, many calls and many appointments later still have seen no one from 5 star. In the meantime I still have the original problem. Also a small tip, don't pay the extra for their "reflective" technology. They just scatter tons of silver glitter over the roof and all the surrounding cars and buildings, we still have that crap all over the block.
