I hop on the freeway and drive past FIVE exits before I take the one that leads me the way to Mercury's- DAILY! I love this bold but sweet, strong coffee- and possibly even more importantly, the way they make their drinks (specifically mochas). The hours are good- open for the early birds and late enough to get a pick-me-up late in the day. They are also open all holidays (I think), which I greatly appreciate! Prices are fair. I have to say that it seems like the drinks are a tad better at the Redmond location for some reason- I always know I'll get a good drink there, but Woodinville is the location I end up at most often. Management isn't afraid to let go of baristas who my be better suiter for another job title while they are able to keep the girls who take the job seriously. I promise, I've tried just about all the stands/coffee joints on the eastside and there are none better than Mercury's! (If you like Star*ucks- you won't understand...) Staff is friendly too! Looking forward to this establishment growing and opening more locations!
