The Lady's that run this place are the best offer. They are great people to deal with. Very nice to everyone and so understanding. It saddens me to have to leave a one star review so let me explain why I did. I left one star because the cooperate office wanted to make more money then they already are. I have always paid my rent on time every month. In return they decided to raise my rent. They were charging me $182.00 a month for my unit. (I think it was a 12X15) Well when they raised my rent I decided to look around and I found a place that was closer to my house and that charges $100 for the same size unit. So this weekend I moved out and into the newer and less expensive unit. Now here is the other reason they only get one star. (that's the lowest you can rate them or I would have went with no stars) I just paid my rent for the next month and when I moved out I asked about a refund (prorated of course) and was told Security Public Storage does not give refunds. So if anyone is looking for great people that run a storage place go here the Lady's are great. But if you are looking for a fair company at a fair price that operates a storage place don't go to Security Public Storage. Again Lady's when you read this I am truly sorry for the low review it has nothing to do with you just your company. All the best to you.\r
