Definitely better than YMCA and 24 hour in terms of equipment and space. You pay for it though. Not the most attentive staff behind the counter. In my first week there, I saw two examples of staff doing their best to ignore customers. Usually I don't expect much from someone working at a low paying, non-career job, but when you are paying this much money you would like to see staff who actually seem like they give a d__mn. If you want a good variety of equipment and a not too crowded place to work out, go here or to the J center. They both cost about the same. Pros: large cardio room; plenty of machines, weights, and equipment; free parking Cons: the 2 "free" training sessions are a joke; i didn't get real training until I paid for it; pool can be crowded
