This was my third time going to them. I had a car that was rear-ended.
At the time, my wife was out of town, and I didn't have someone to help me get the car to the shop. They were able to offer me a ride home after I dropped off my car. There was a small delay because parts that came in were unsatisfactory. I was grateful to them because they were able to identify that the parts ordered by my insurance were sub-par. They contacted the insurance company and got the right parts and took care of the car as soon as they could.
