I have been buying tiles at Discount Tile Center for twenty + years. Their prices and selection are competitive (not worth driving all the way to Gardena when you can find it at Discount Tile!). More specifically, their Malibu tile selection is awesome.\r

It is true that sometimes the wait time is long and the customer service is uneven. Sometimes I think that Americans are a little spoiled with customer service. However, at Discount Tile, when you end up with Robin you are in HEAVEN! He is polite, he truly listens to what you need, and if what you suggest doesn't work, he will tell you, even if it means losing a more profitable sale. He has a great sense of color -- very important when it comes to matching the grout to the tile -- and he gave me money back when I returned some unused tiles way after the time limit.\r

I will continue to shop at Discount Tile and recommend it to anyone.
