Businiess name:  The Palm Los Angeles
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
First of all, great steak starts with great meat--prime, dry aged, well marbled, trimmed right, perfectly cooked. That eliminates most of the faves on the list. The Palm has it all. Plus, great salad, beans, asparagus, creamed spinach, and that NY pumpernickel. A little rowdy, so faint of heart Southlanders who can't handle East Coast energy might be put off by it all. Pros: Great steak, Fab lobster, rowdy and fun Cons: noisy, burly, macho
