I have lived at Country Manor for many years. I have never been happier to see all the improvements. The Community has come along way since Mr. Sims has taken over! The Community is much cleaner. And I consider Country Manor to be a very Safe place to live. I haven't had any problems with management. But I know that Mr. Sims expects the residents to hold up to their end of the lease agreement and abide to the rules and regulations of the Community, and he is very adamant about that and will evict anyone who breaks the rules. \r

I purchased my home when I moved in and received my title shortly after I paid it off. They have done everything they said they were going to do.\r

I highly recommend Country Manor!
