Review content:
When I went in for an alignment and tire rotation and balance, everything seemed to be going just fine. This service was done in an average amount of time (I used to work in a car garage in high school so I know how long it should take) and the price wasn't bad. A week later I started to have problems with my tires because they were not balanced properly. When I went to discount tire to get it looked at, they said that one of my wheels was frozen on, meaning my lug nuts were cross threaded and discount didnt want to touch it. When I went back to brake check they said they would replace the stud at no cost. It turns out, the stud was NOT replaced, therefore leaving 4 lugnuts to hold my tire on. They took 3 hours and didnt even replace the stud! I just figured this out today when I was selling my truck. When a shop tells me they are doing something, I expect them to actually do it. This place has lost all credibility and I do not recommend it to anyone
Pros: Manager was very nice and knowledgeable
Cons: Work was not done properly, even after the 2nd time.
