Review content:
The customer service I recived at the ron carter in alvin on hwy 6 was the worst i had ever been treated. I will never send anyone to them after the way they treated me i was disgusted with the sales person , half the time they werent even at the lot and had to wait over a hour and finaly left before someone contacted me while i was on my way home. I will do anything i can to protect someone from having to go through a experiance like i did while trying to get a car noone should have to put up with a sells person telling u one thing and then the same day tell u something diffrent if they ever want me to even try to look at a car on one of their lots they need to work on their employess and teach them what customer sevice is actually about.
Cons: bad sevice and prised to hi for what the car is worth
