I just recently moved to San Francisco a few months ago and needed to get a job. I tried my search independently, sent out my resumes to what seemed like a million businesses and was unsuccessful. When I decided to go the Agency route, I was also disheartened by the clinical approach to most agencies. I felt like I was just being stamped with a number and maybe they would call and help me get a job, at least temporarily. As you can imagine, being in a new city and luck being down, I was ready to give up. \r

Smith Hampton & Devlin was a true silver lining in my dark cloud. They were able to really discuss my job search with me, helped me re-work my resume, and I was well on my way. They were able to place me on a temporary job almost immediately and I really appreciated their professionalism and honesty. They really stressed that I not take a job unless I was truly excited about it, and they made me really look at my job search more objectively.\r
