I bought a record player, receiver and high quality speakers for under $200. Tom helped me pick out an inexpensive yet highly functional set that worked well. Two years later, it all still works great. Today I called them to find out how to install a new needle and Brian answered all my questions thoroughly with kindness and patience. A+
For quality and inexpensive record players this place is the best you can find. I don't know what's up with the bad review on this site, but the experience described was certainly not typical. Check out Yelp and you'll see what's up.
