Review content:
3 rd attempt on a cod, the check was at the door, driver claims did not see it. Accidents happen. After contacting UPS. I was told I would need to drive from Herriman to SLC at 7.45 PM and I would need to be there by 9.00 PM or the pkg will be sent back. I told them that will not work and to hold it at will call. When I arrived there the next day I was told the pkg was sent back. I was told they have 25 new drivers and that was why the check was missed, and its just company policy. Now this was a business pkg. So I lost a sale and had to reimburse my vendor for the shipping cost. So Brown caused me to see yellow DHL Yellow form now on.
