Review content:
While the store is cool to enter into, their customer service is so subpar it's unreal. Their own salespeople sell you damaged goods and then when you go back to exchange the item, the manager is gone (""out to lunch"" at 4:30pm) and his own staff warns you that he's a very difficult man and prob won't give you the time of day. I'm glad the damaged item I bought there was inexpensive and of no real cost. But for my cowboy boots and other items of significant value that I was going to buy there? No way. I'm definately going elsewhere.
