I went to this place after my car stalled in a Houston flood because the tow truck guy was friends with the owner and said that I could get a good deal. They advertise free loaners and then give you a car made in the 80's or earlier. Their ""loaners"" are the worst fleet of hoopties I have ever seen. The one I had was a old gas guzzler, slow, and had expired tags. The first vist to this shop was inexpensive and only took a few days. However when I went to pick my car up the guy cut a bunch of electrical wires in my car that he claimed I didn't need. Then a week or so later I had another problem related to the cut wires. The second visit to correct the problem the shop created by cutting all those wires in my car cost me $1200.00 because they claimed it had to do with something else. To make matters worse the greasy mechanic found my phone number and kept calling me on my cell phone while I was at work to ask me if I had a boyfriend or if he could take me out some time. I felt like I had to be nice to him just to make sure that I got my car back with no problems. My car was in their shop for almost two weeks on the 2nd visit. Needless to say the $1200 wasn't good enough for them because 2 months later the parts they installed and guranteed broke down and caused my break lights to go out do to some suspicious wiring (I took it to another shop and they told me about the wiring causing the break lights to go out). I called them back to fix another one of their mistakes and the owner refused to give me a hoopty loaner because he had to pay to replace the faulty parts HE guranteed!!!! I almost lost my job it took so long to get my car back on the third visit. This place is horrid they will drain you for every penny until they think they can't get anything else out of you. This was my honest to GOD experience with this business. Don't waste your time or your money at this place, there's plenty of honest places willing to do honest work for honest pay in this economy. Pros: free tow if the work is done there Cons: This pace is such a rip off
