Took 2 1/2 weeks to complete tune-up/repair. We always had to call throughout the process which involved no one answering phone/hanging up accidently/can't find ticket/can't find mower! I was one of three customers this morning there. Young employee was waiting on a customer and an older employee was rude and obviously pushing the younger guys buttons when the young employee asked a question. Older guy was rude and made all feel uncomfortable. All I thought was what if that was my 20 something yr old son learning the ropes & he was talked to like that in front of customers!! I wanted to get the kid and leave after telling them OFF! I was picking up mower for husband prior to picking him up from airport later on this afternoon. So I was dressed head to toe to greet him:) When the employee was rolling the push mower to the truck he asked if I could get the other side and help load it in the truck. I was ticked already but this was the last straw. I went ahead and helped just so I could drive home and write this review. After having the mower you would think they could have maybe wiped it down or something bc it was greasy and so were my hands. Needless to say my husband was already turned off with their unprofessional business they run but after I told him all this.......well? The will NOT be getting our business or referral.
